Payroll Operations Manager needed in Lancashire £20.16ph PAYE – Reference:443424
This role will involve:
Manage a team of professionals in the development and delivery of a range of complex payroll activities and systems, for both internal and external customers, in accordance with all statutory and organisational requirements.
Implement and support system developments in relation to the Payroll Services’ objectives utilising the Oracle HCM system, to deliver a range of payroll services internally and externally.
Ideally candidates will be a qualified payroll professional or equivalent with significant relevant experience or significant vocational experience, demonstrating development through involvement in a series of progressively more demanding roles.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
