Opti-Time Scheduler Full Time Temporary

Opti-Time Scheduler needed in Cardiff £11.27 per hr ref: 462516

This role will involve:

• To manage and monitor scheduling diaries and ensure resources are deployed effectively.
• Conducting in day management of work – i.e. finding more work when jobs are cancelled and agreeing to overruns on jobs which do not affect subsequent appointments.
• To re-schedule jobs in the event of an unplanned absence of an Operative, and to contact the tenant directly to agree any changes.
• Deliver excellent customer service, providing advice and guidance to all affected parties on any changes / updates.
• To consult and communicate with team and service area about matters of work quality, timeliness and areas of development for staff.
• Ensure effective system management
• Monitor and respond to work needs over the short and medium term to ensure that the resources are used efficiently.
• To ensure service objectives are met
• Ensuring standards and that an excellent customer service interface (internal and external) is achieved.
