Housing property compliance officer needed in Taunton £13.69ph ref 1252437
Undertakes fire safety and other statutory compliance checks for the housing stock. This may involve fire risk assessment & reviews, fire door inspections, fire strategic plans, PEEPS, fire alarm testing, fire related resident engagement, legionella risk assessments, Emergency light inspections and other associated Health and Safety checks.
You will be spending most of your time out and about visiting residents within their homes or blocks, so need to be happy lone working and great working with our customers.
