The successful candidate will be welcomed into a team that maintains property and assets. This is a varied and wide-ranging, challenging and engaging, the work will include day to day reactive repairs and planned maintenance across picturesque districts. Either working alone under own initiative or as an important part of a larger team on project work, we will ask that applicants have a flexible approach to their workday to meet the demands of the reactive and planned repairs we undertake.
