Multi Tradesperson needed in Manchester

The rate is £11.44ph PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties.  They will undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs and will provide care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
