Locality Officer needed in Thatcham Paying  £15.55 per hr ref 5298225

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a complex caseload and resolving tenancy and neighbourhood issues
  • Investigating and responding to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
  • Supporting customers with tenancy-related matters and safeguarding concerns
  • Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks
  • Working collaboratively with residents, contractors, local authorities, and partner agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for residents
  • Identifying opportunities to improve neighbourhoods and community safety
