Litigation Lawyer needed in Oxford Paying  £40 per hr ref 474134

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of contentious matters from inception to conclusion
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlements as required
• Liaise with counsel, courts, external solicitors and other parties
• Ensure compliance with procedural rules, deadlines and professional standards
