The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the estate. They will assist in providing a high-quality, cost-effective land agency service and will be dealomg with all aspects of the letting of vacant farms, periodic rent reviews and tenancy management.

They will assist with the formulation of policy related to County Farms and giving advice about agricultural and rural land management issues in general.
