Mainly remote but some office based work required.
The main focus of the role is to carry out independent investigations under our relevant employment policies. We are looking for applicants with demonstrable experience of carrying out investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters, producing high quality professional reports and presenting those reports at relevant meetings. Applicants will also need to be experienced employee relations professionals with an excellent understanding of employment law and its relevance to investigations. CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience needed. 3-6 months
