Our client is looking for a Housing Support Admin Officer. To provide admin support to the busy housing advice team.
The successful candidate will deal with telephone enquiries, email enquiries, passing on relevant calls to caseworkers. They will be required to assist with printing of work and sending letters out for the team, assessing housing waiting list forms, chasing customers for proofs / supporting evidence as well as dealing with duty to refer enquiries.
