Housing Coordinator Contract Full Time

Housing Coordinator needed in Enfield £19.27ph PAYE – Reference:RQ412519

The Housing Coordinator will provide housing options and homelessness casework in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act.

The ideal candidate will have will have experience of the Homelessness Reduction Act casework, including initial assessments, PHPs, prevention/relief casework and main duty assessments. You will focus on new relief duty cases in emergency housing. You must be able to achieve HRA outcomes You should also ideally have knowledge of welfare and housing policy and law as well as safeguarding.

An enhanced DBS check will be required

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
