Health and Safety Business Partner required in Durham £21.74 ph ref 461211

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will involve:

• In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Maintenance team to establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Home Group in-house
• Maintenance Health and Safety Management System following the recognised standards as well as a site inspection programme for the in-house Maintenance team.
• To will support colleagues with construction-related Health and Safety matters and provide advice and training on various risks such as working at height, CDM, asbestos, vibration, and dust, etc.
• To will prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for the in-house Maintenance team as well as support the development of a suitable training and Health Surveillance Programme for in-house Maintenance colleagues.
• To will provide support, advice, and guidance throughout the contractor procurement process as well as build and effectively maintain relationships with the supply chain.
