Technical Officer (Disabled Facilities Grants) needed in Maidstone.  

The rate is £15.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage and process applications for all types of grants and loans offered by the Council in relation to housing. Provide technical advice in relation to building work to Staying Put and housing enforcement officers. Inspect properties and determine options and costs for disabled adaptions and repair.
