The successful candidate will be a motivated and highly skilled accountant who wants to make a difference. They will work within an Education Division and will have a diverse role supporting many aspects of education funding whilst contributing to the strategic financial planning of the Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG).

The role will incorporate the financial management of the DSG Schools and High Needs Blocks, including monitoring of the DSG management plan and the successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to partners and will undertake change projects to improve financial processes and services. It will be a challenging but rewarding role, presenting opportunities for creativity and service development within education and finance.
