Estates Surveyor – RICS (Hybrid)

Estates Surveyor – RICS (Hybrid) needed in Southampton, £24.46ph PAYE – 5301039

This requirement is for a RICS qualified surveyor who would manage a portfolio of the Client’s operational assets and properties occupied by community organisations. In addition, the post holder will negotiate wayleave and leases for telecommunication and utility installations.

The work will include rental valuation of properties, therefore recent experience of carrying out rental valuation will need to be evidenced.

The post holder will manage complex tenancy issues, carry out negotiations, write reports and manage stakeholder interest, consultation and enquiries.

An average of 1 day week visit to Southampton for property inspection is necessary.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
