Estates Surveyor needed in Southampton Paying  £350.87 per day ref 5294663

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Management of a portfolio of operational and community‑occupied properties
  • Undertake rental valuations and provide professional advice on rental levels
  • Negotiate and agree leases, licences, and wayleaves, including telecoms and utilities
  • Manage complex tenancy issues, including renewals, variations, and disputes
  • Prepare written reports and recommendations
  • Lead on stakeholder engagement, consultation, and enquiries
  • Conduct property inspections, with an average of one day per week in Southampton
