Estates Surveyor needed in Kidderminster

This is a temporary role and the rate is £133.91 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in local government and demonstrate confidence working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. They will apply their experience in valuations and the effective management of a mixed property portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained, utilised and reviewed in line with strategic objectives.

They will possess sound knowledge of commercial and industrial estates and deliver high‑quality professional work across lettings, tenancy matters and general estates management. The successful candidate will show excellent judgement, clear communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues, supporting stakeholders and maximising the performance of the estate.
