Our client is looking for an Environmental Health Officer/ Quality Standard Officer.
A multi-disciplinary team is needed to check and inspect properties to assess accommodation standards, assess support, and take enforcement action if HHSRS standards are not met.
Inspections will be conducted in compliance with Covid-19 guidance and relevant risk assessments.
The client are therefore looking to appoint Quality Standard Assessors/Review Officers and Environmental Health Officers.
EHO’s will need to be able to assist with and undertake the relevant property inspections and exercise any statutory powers.
Candidates for the Quality Standard Assessors/Review Officer positions will need to have experience of the support worker role and preferably have an understanding of property standards for properties of multiple occupation It is important that candidates are excellent communicators and negotiators together with well-developed problem solving skills and experience of achieving positive outcomes.
