Engineering programme Planner Ref 109207

As part of this role, the candidate should expect to carry out work within the following areas: Programme Planning and shaping: support clients to articulate their needs and aspirations for their programmes. Translate these needs into deliverable outputs with others across Engineering Services. • Ensure the programmes meet the client’s needs and delivers high-quality, cost-effective projects and evidence the value for money Demonstrate the skills and ability to lead a complex programme of work; introducing structured governance, mapping resources, clear stakeholder engagement and communication planning and linkages necessary to achieve the desired programme outcomes. • Liaise with others within Engineering Services to identify and illustrate forward workload to support business planning. Combine different project, programme and workstream programmes into a single master programme for Engineering Services to support the management of the forward workload and continuous improvement
