The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering environmental health and public protection services, contributing to corporate priorities and improving standards. They will conduct inspections of commercial premises and enforce environmental health legislation, investigate complaints, incidents, and complex cases and prepare reports, case files, and prosecution documentation.

They will also lead targeted operations and projects across areas such as:

• Health & Safety
• Food standards
• Infectious disease control
• Licensing enforcement
