Social Care Lawyer

Social Care Lawyer needed in Sheffield Paying  £65 per hr ref 000B 2086 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on children’s and/or adult social care matters
• Manage a caseload including care proceedings, safeguarding, and judicial reviews
• Represent the organisation in court, tribunals, and hearings
• Advise officers and elected members on relevant legislation and risk
• Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice
