Wellbeing and Occupational Health Advisor needed in Swinton Paying  £17.82 per hr ref 000B 1FBC /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and colleagues on wellbeing and occupational health practices, legislation, policies, and procedures
• Support delivery of wellbeing and occupational health strategies, projects, and initiatives
• Maintain systems and ensure accurate, timely data entry and record keeping
• Monitor and improve data quality through regular validation and cleansing activities
• Respond to enquiries, investigating and resolving queries effectively
• Prepare and issue accurate documentation, communications, and records
• Work to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate occupational health processes and support managers throughout
• Produce KPI reports and analyse service performance
• Develop and maintain processes, guidance, and toolkits
• Act as escalation point for contractor and supplier issues, supporting resolution and contract management
