Disrepair/Damp Surveyor needed in Haringey

The rate is £239.35 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out the surveying functions required to manage the repair and maintenance requirements of a portfolio of approximately 20,000 homes, including the structure and fabric of the buildings, internal and communal areas, and the estate grounds.

Manage the local delivery of repairs and contractors to ensure compliance with requirements.  Work effectively with other teams in the directorate to deliver a seamless, holistic service to customers.
