Debt Project Officer Contract Full Time

Debt Project Officer based in Haringey and the rate is £17.27 per hr

This role will involve:

• Provide fast and effective Debt Recovery by prioritising and proactively managing debtor case workload, whilst adhering to Capital Commitment Project objectives
• Establishing Liability/responsibility for outstanding Project Debtors, carrying out investigations by inspecting IT records, making telephone/ written enquires and tracing debtors where they have absconded.
• Collating and analysing financial documentation on a daily basis to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the Project Team against key performance Indicator’s
• Inbound/Outbound telephone debt recovery, negotiating payment/arrangement at summonsed and un-summonsed stage in accordance with the Corporate Debt Payment policy. Setting up and monitoring Attachment of Earnings.
• Maximising the volume of automated debt recovery decisions, by minimising the volume of manual collections, therefore increasing cost effectiveness
