Customer Advisor based in Wakefield and the rate is £11.49 ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role

 This role will involve:

The Customer Advisor provides access to statutory universal information and provides bespoke universal advice to those at risk of homelessness, homeless or in housing need. It also plays a key role in the application of the homelessness legislation as Customer Advisors complete triage assessments for those they have reason to believe are homeless or at risk of homelessness triggering homeless applications so further investigation can take place. They also gather and record HCLIC data for the government return and manage the Single Point of Access for Housing Related Support Services
