Construction Supervisor needed in Northallerton

The successful candidate will oversee the efficient delivery of building maintenance and capital project activities, supervising highways and construction works and managing operatives and subcontractors.

They will ensure safe systems of work, maintain IMS procedures, carry out inspections, and produce robust Health and Safety plans. They will coordinate materials, plant and labour, monitor costs, record site progress, and ensure valuations and data are completed accurately.

The role includes leading and developing staff, delivering daily briefings, maintaining positive team morale, ensuring compliance with performance processes, and working collaboratively with partners throughout the works programme. The successful candidate will also take part in an out‑of‑hours rota to respond to emergency maintenance needs.
