Civil Enforcement Officer – Parking needed in Grays Paying  £17.38 per hr ref OR100735

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol on and off-street parking locations 
• Enforce parking regulations in accordance with legislation and policies.
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) where parking contraventions occur.
• Gather and record evidence using handheld electronic devices.
• Respond professionally to enquiries from members of the public.
• Report defective signs, road markings, abandoned vehicles and other highway-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Work independently while adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Represent the organisation in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
