Childcare Solicitor locum

Childcare solicitor needed

37 hours per week, must have Practising Certificate and willing to cover own remote hearings.

Start date – asap initially for 3 months

Rate range – £40 – £60 depending on experience.

We will consider fully remote candidates on the basis they carry a higher caseload due to not completing advocacy (12-15 cases).

We are looking for experienced candidates with Local Authority Childcare solicitor experience who are able to comfortably take over a full caseload which will transfer to them from permanent members of staff who are leaving the team imminently.
