Key Responsibilities
- Administer systems and processes to accurately record, track, monitor, and resolve damp, mould, and disrepair cases.
- Coordinate activities with technical officers, contractors, and legal teams to support the progression and resolution of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all case information is updated in line with organisational procedures.
- Support the delivery of preventative initiatives aimed at reducing the occurrence of damp, mould, and disrepair issues.
- Assist with contract administration and support the effective monitoring of contractor performance.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret data to produce management reports, performance information, and service updates.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely action on cases.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying administrative efficiencies and contributing to service development.
- Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role and grade as required.
