Housing Advice Officer

Housing Advice Officer needed in Caerphilly Paying  £20.35 per hr ref OR105816

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing housing advice and homelessness prevention support.
• Assessing and managing homelessness applications and duties.
• Developing personalised housing plans and identifying suitable housing options.
• Working closely with landlords, housing providers, statutory agencies, and support services.
• Maintaining accurate case records and preparing reports.
• Making complex decisions in line with homelessness legislation and guidance.
• Supporting vulnerable customers through challenging circumstances.
