Building Safety Manager

Building Safety Manager needed in South West London Paying  £253 per day ref OR115970

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting Building Assessment Certificate applications, maintaining Safety Case Reports and Resident Engagement Strategies, managing Mandatory Occurrence Reporting processes, conducting building inspections, reviewing risk assessments, identifying and mitigating safety risks, and ensuring the Golden Thread of building information is maintained. The role also involves liaising with the Building Safety Regulator, supporting procurement and improvement projects, delivering building safety training, and providing specialist advice on building safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance.
