Part-Time HR Assistant (Hybrid)

We are looking for a friendly and organised HR Assistant to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis as part of a job share arrangement.

This is a hybrid role, with attendance required in Atherstone. The position is to provide temporary support alongside our existing HR Assistant, who currently works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Some flexibility may be required initially to support training and handover.

Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
