This role will involve:
The main role will be to determine the outcome of applications from residents who apply for assistance from the Test & Trace Support Payments Scheme.
Evidence will need to be collated and verified and decisions made assessing eligibility for assistance from the scheme in accordance with the policies.
In addition to the above further administrative support may be required within the revenues and benefits team; this would involve tasks such as scanning; undertaking account reviews and other general administrative duties.
