Personal Assistant (Hybrid) Full Time Temporary

Personal Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Southampton, £13.79ph PAYE – 5248140/1

Hybrid working is available and is to be discussed/agreed at interview stage.

• Diary and inbox management. Administration of meetings including collation of agenda and papers and attendance to take notes/minutes.
• Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and in person from the public, officers and Elected Members in a professional and discreet manner.
• Tracking of actions arising from meetings and collation of information for presentations and meetings.
• Arranging travel and accommodation where necessary.
• Raising purchase orders. 

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
