Adaptations Surveyor

Adaptations Surveyor needed in North London Paying  £34.38 per hr ref OR102116

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Assess properties and recommend suitable adaptations for residents with mobility or health needs
• Design and specify works including bathroom conversions, level access showers, ramps, lifts, and access improvements
• Manage adaptations projects from assessment through to completion
• Prepare schedules of work, specifications, and cost estimates
• Oversee contractors on site, ensuring works meet quality, compliance, and health & safety standards
• Liaise with occupational therapists, contractors, and residents to ensure tailored solutions
• Monitor budgets, timescales, and project delivery
• Ensure works comply with relevant building regulations and accessibility standards
