Social Care Lawyer needed to work Remotely Paying  £20.85 per hr ref OR102388

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of Adult Social Care law, particularly under the Care Act 2014
• Manage Court of Protection applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Advise on Mental Health Law, supporting Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) and related court work
• Handle adult safeguarding matters, offering clear and pragmatic legal guidance
• Advise on and manage ordinary residence disputes between local authorities
• Represent the organisation at hearings, both remotely and in person where required by the court
