Senior HR Business Partner needed in Hereford £360.37 per day ref:457954
This role will involve:
The post will manage a team of 5 people.
There will be certain things that will have to be done on site though – so for example dismissal level hearings and staff appeals panel, consultations but these are infrequent. This role is also working with the team and with the FRS leadership team which will be via face to face catch-up and meetings.
