Our client is looking for a Customer Support Officer. To provide a full range of property and premises support duties and provide face to face advice to visitors and site users to enable us to prioritise and understand the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will redirect visitors to appropriate agencies as necessary and offer advice to enable them to gain more information for themselves. They will be responsible for the reception area, keeping all information for the public up-to-date and well stocked in accordance with Directorates that use the site.
