Part time admin assistant needed remotely but possible relocating to offices in Dorset

22.5 hours a week – room for flexibility on working days/hours…
Preferably 4.5 hours a day Mon-Fri mid-day hours to help cover lunch breaks but could also work with 7.5 hrs across 3 days or variations across the week.
Current set up is that employees are working from home but we are working on returning to the office location, following Covid-19 safety compliance.
Applicant will need home Wifi connection to work from home. Home/remote log-in via their own laptop/PC (we have a small number of devices we can lend out however this is down to availability at the time).
Heavily IT based work using Microsoft packages, bespoke database systems and other programmes.
Contact with internal teams and the public via telephone & email so must be confident in talking to others.
Miscellaneous office admin duties.
