Team Secretary needed Shrewsbury paying £10.14 per hr PAYE Ref: 415709
This is working full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities:
Undertake general office administration to include processing incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries, receiving, and assisting visitors, operating a photocopier and fax machine.
Produce and present documents from provided/ dictated material using a keyboard.
Receive and send information using a variety of methods e.g electronic mail, internal post and telephone.
Order, monitor and maintain stock items such as stationery and equipment.
Arrange and support meetings, to include note taking.
