Bereavement Services Advisor Contract Full Time

Bereavement Services Advisor needed in Croydon.  

The rate is £17.54ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will act as a primary contact, providing sympathetic support and advice to the bereaved and other service users.

They will use initiative to resolve queries, complaints and enquiries and follow through to completion and will liaise closely with all other staff to ensure an integrated and consistently high level of customer service. Individuals are to take full responsibility for all tasks whilst working in each specific area of responsibility and will take full responsibility for all tasks whilst working in each specific area of responsibility.
