Lawyer needed in Morden £22.60 per hr ref 5208132

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will involve:

Residential lawyer ideally with experience in dealing with development plot sales and advising clients on all aspects of residential development; advising on and acting in residential transactions on all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including dealing acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions; variation of restrictive covenant etc.
