Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in Morden, Paying £40.16ph PAYE – Reference: 5246157

• Housing Litigation Lawyer ideally with Local Authority experience and to manage own case load.
• Dealing with prosecutions and disrepair claims.
• To cover a wide range of housing management issues. knowledge around the pre-action protocols in possession claims, succession claims and non occupation/subletting.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
