Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Arranges Job evaluation panels to evaluate/re-evaluate posts, acting as key advisor to the panel of trained advisors, including Trade Union representatives, to support the corporate accountability for consistency of job grading across the organisation.
Ensure job descriptions are accurate, complete, and suitable for assessment. Undertakes job evaluation assessments using Hay and job matching methods, Issues job grade recommendations to Directors or their nominee.
Deals with/resolves issues arising from those recommendations.
