The hourly rate is £12.38ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and efficient first point of contact for residents and visitors accessing services via telephone, in person, at an office in Coed Pella, as well as remotely and digitally.
The successful candidate will work as a member of a multi-skilled team of assistants to identify customer needs and provide a high quality information service in response to enquiries and ensuring excellent customer care as a principal part of service delivery.
