Multiskilled Joiner

Multiskilled Joiner needed in Bury, £25ph PAYE – Reference: 000B 1FF4 / 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of joinery maintenance and repairs in tenanted houses
• Repair of uPVC windows and composite doors
• Kitchen fitting and refurbishment works
• Completing minor plumbing tasks associated with kitchen & bathroom installations
• Working on tenanted 
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service

 You will ideally have:

• Proven experience within social housing preferred
• Strong multi-trade skillset (joinery bias essential)
• Experience with uPVC windows and composite doors
• Ability to undertake minor plumbing works to kitchen/bathrooms
• Experience using a PDA/tablet or job management system
• Full UK driving licence  – max 3 points
• Own tools 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
