Welfare to work candidates needed in Bolton ref 0004 447B / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis £12.92ph.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position in a fast paced office, helping to deliver Welfare to Work programmes for local residents.

The Project Officer role focusses on providing information advice and guidance to unemployed people in order to get them back into work, including some of who have complex and challenging barriers. The successful candidate will need to work with individuals on a one to one and group basis in order to help local residents find work placements, qualifications and employment.

The role involves working with local businesses and partners in the welfare to work industry and the successful candidate also needs to display a strong attention to detail and must be able to work on their own initiative and under pressure in order to help deliver targets.

The length of post may be extended after the initial term

Given that the role includes access to personal data, successful candidates will be required to have a dbs.
