Void Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Honiton, £40ph PAYE – Reference: 5244827
To work in the offices or on site for up to 3 or 4 days per week with at least one day working from home, however this can be negotiated with the recruiting manager.
Given the nature of the job, it is a requirement that the candidate is able to spend time in the East Devon area.
- To provide the day to day repair service to tenants and maintain the housing stock.
- To manage the day to day repair/void contracts and contractors to a high standard providing high quality repair services to the Client and tenant.
- To support the Senior Technical Officer and other technical staff in achieving the priorities and objectives of the Client.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
