Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3rd line technical specialists.
  • Prioritise daily workloads and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Handle ad-hoc technical escalations and provide guidance where needed.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain service quality.
  • Oversee BAU contract renewals for support and maintenance services.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and service standards.
