Technical Compliance Officer – Fire Safety needed in Shrewsbury

This is a temporary contract initially paying £23.37ph PAYE

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting fire safety remediation works and ensuring robust compliance across the property portfolio.

Responsibilities will include addressing issues identified through fire risk assessments, working collaboratively to implement corrective actions, and assisting in benchmarking the estate to maintain and enhance fire safety standards. They will actively contribute to developing and monitoring compliance frameworks, ensuring that all properties meet legislative and best practice requirements relating to fire safety.
